My research area is machine learning. I am interested in online learning with log-loss (sequential prediction), learning matrices and preference learning. Before, I also worked on learning with monotonicity constraints, boosting and rule ensembles.

I am currently an assistant professor at the Institute of Computing Science, Poznań University of Technology. In 2009-2012, I was a postdoctoral fellow at Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI), in the group of Peter Grünwald. I received PhD in Computer Science (2009) from Poznań University of Technology under supervision of prof. Roman Słowiński.
