Near the highest hill in the neighbourhood of Poznan - Gora Moraska (154 m above sea level) - there is a nature reserve, created to protect the place of a meteorite impact.
) You can see here 8 craters, the biggest being 100 m in diametr and 13 m in depth. Three of the eight crators are filled with water. You can also observe nature - there are many rare plants in the reserve. The reserve was founded in 1976 and it is one of two registered meteorite impact points in the whole of Europe.
