I am an Assistant Professor at the Distributed Systems Group in the Institute of Computing Science, Poznań University of Technology, Poland.

My general research interests include distributed computing and concurrent programming.

My current research is focused on eventually consistent and mixed-consistency replicated systems, lock-free and wait-free algorithms for concurrent data structures and software optimized for machines equipped with persistent memory. In the past I worked on various service replication schemes, including Paxos and schemes that leverage transactional semantics for concurrency control.

Check out the Persistent Datastore Project that I’m involved in.

I am also a Principal Engineer at Huawei Warsaw Research Center.
