My main interests are artificial intelligence, mobile technology, algorithms, optimization and image processing and analysis. My research interests include mostly bioinformatics and most of my research work is connected with HCV virus infections. When I was a student I participated in many algorithmic contests and I still sometimes like to start in some competition for example organized by TopCoder. I also prepare algorithmic problems for contests organized at my university.

In my free time I like taking photos, traveling and reading books but unfortunately recently I have less and less time for this. I like running and I run systematically usually 3-4 times per week. Sometimes I start in running events like marathons or runs on some shorter distances. Recently I started to play indoor football and when I have a possibility to do this I like skiing and swimming.

My favorite artists are Mike Oldfield and Pink Floyd and my favorite author is Stephen King.
