Coordinator and Project Manager of several national and international projects as Genomic Map of Poland or Novel Vaccine devlopment. Received habilitation in Computer Science (Bioinformatics), PhD in Computer Science.
Research topics include application of wide range of operational research methodologies in molecular biology.
I’m interested in development and creation of new computational methods and algorithms, computational analysis, simulation and theoretical modelling that can be applied in bioinformatics area. I’m deeply involved in research cooperation focused on scientific areas as Structural Biology, Combinatorial Optimization, Data Visualization, Decision Support Systems and Parallel Computing.
Received Executive MBA at the University of Minnesota, Carlsson School of Management. Since then focused also on cooperation between business and science areas regarding innovation and commercialization.
Leader of a group focused on all aspects of computational analysis of biomolecules (protein, RNA) and visualization of molecular structure.
Love travelling (particularly mountains), sailing, and visiting new places.
