Deno is a new runtime for Javascript and Typescript created by Ryan Dahl â the original creator of Node.js. In his famous talk â10 Things I Regret About Node.jsâ given in 2018 he listed some of the Node.js design mistakes. Deno is supposed to fix these problems. Through this talk, Krzysztof Piechowicz will show you the core features of Deno and compare it with Node.js, using code examples. Afterwards, he will answer the talk title question together with the attendees.
