The aim of this project is to be first in the world with a big database of multiple-choice test questions, that are open to the public. There is a great demand for multiple-choice questions since client is in possesion of a multiple-choice test-kind examing system using it.
The questions will be open to everyone. Cooperation with teachers all over the world will allow to maintain and develop multiple-choice questions' database as a public service to schools in Europe.
The system will be used basically by teachers, but also by any students or any other persons wanting to exchange tests. It should allow:
The project has a good chance of beeing funded by the European Union once
a first prototype is running.

It could be a problem, because this is one of the best ideas there is today.

Project managers can decide how much programming should be done, concerning
functions mentioned above. Important is to implement required functions. All
other are less important.

mentioned above?
